The new Lebanon Middle School was finished in 1995. Our 2016-17 enrollment is 452 students and 30 teachers. Lebanon Middle School is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of our adolescents. This can best be accomplished by a partnership between family, school, and student. Our programs are designed to educate and prepare through implementation of the LMS philosophy and goals of the Kentucky Education Reform Act.
Lebanon Middle School was named Marion County Knight Academy starting 2017-18 school year. Eighth and ninth grade students will attend the majority of their classes at this building, but will be allowed to take elective classes at the Marion County ATC and Marion County High School.
The mission for MKA is to educate students to become proficient learners and responsible, contributing members of society.
