On March 17th, Marion County FFA members traveled to the E-Town Community and Technical College for regional competition.  Six areas advance to FFA state competition in June at Rupp Arena in Lexington.  They are: Nick Sandusky – Beef Impromptu, Paige Mattingly – Dairy Impromptu, Carrie Ann Followell – Extemporaneous Public Speaking, Gabby Barnes – Horse Impromptu, Madalynn Thompson – Poultry Impromptu and Alexis Hayden and Jake McCauley – Talent. Mrs. Allen, Mr. Conley, and Mr. Chatigny work in a CTE PLC CTE Teachers Mr. Hamm, Mr Babak, Mr. Taylor, Mrs. Bennett, Mr. Price, and Mr. Brown participate in a MCHS Science PLC Ms. Potter's Art I class displays their Zen Tangles in the Library. Summer School

Summer School at Marion County High School will begin on June 1 - June 22. Students that have failed a class with at least a grade of 50 - 59 will be eligible. No more than two classes can be taken during this period. The fee for per class is $75 each. Senior Photos

Life Touch will be taking Seniors cap and gown photos on May 19th. Students will need to arrive at school dressed (all but cap, gown and tassel) - gentlemen will need a white collar shirt and tie; ladies will need to either have the collar with the gown or a blouse with a collar. The proofs will be mailed to the home address; your order will also be delivered to the home address. 
If you would like a group photo of you and your friends, this will cost $10 and money is due on the 19th!!

Senior Night

Senior Night will be on May 19th at 6:00 in the cafeteria.

School Compliance Verification Permit Form - Any student that will be trying for their PERMIT TEST will need to see Kathy Jo a week in advance for the School Compliance Verification Form.  You must have this form at the time of the PERMIT TEST ONLY!!  The form is only valid for 60 days.
