We had a great today that ended up our second house rally! The kids seemed to have a blast - they definitely showed a lot of school spirit!

Announcements from the Office

It's State Testing time! Our Kentucky Summative Assessment is next week. All students will take the reading test on Tuesday and the math test on Wednesday. Our 7th graders will take the science test on Thursday. Best of luck to our students! It is very important students have charged Chromebooks each day of testing! They can't move near an outlet due to assigned seats and we test first thing in the morning.

Students have all been told what books they have out (even from the elementary school) and what fines they owe to get their account clear for the end of the year.  Please help your child look for any books in your home that have school barcodes - even elementary school.

Please make sure that your child is charging their device each night. They won't be allowed to move closer to an outlet to charge it during the school day because we have assigned seating during state testing.

Our Awards Ceremony is Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm. If your child is receiving an award, you will receive a letter in the mail.

Our finals schedule will be the last week of school. The schedule is below.
May 23 - ELA and PE/STEM
May 24 - Math, Social studies, and PE/STEM
May 25 - Science and exploratory

Please take a minute to complete this brief Title 1 survey. You can access it from this link  https://forms.gle/m2MRs4qGsJaqcqtz5

Excalibur was the winner of our house competition! They get a cookout next Friday afternoon. We are providing hot dogs and buns. Teachers will be reaching out to parents for donations of chips, desserts and condiments.
