We will be administering the PASS survey between the weeks of Nov 7th-Nov 18th. A parent opt out form, along with a sample of survey questions has been sent home with students today, Thursday, Oct 27th. Should you choose for your student NOT TO participate, signed forms need to be returned no later than November 4th.
