Reading Celebration week is coming soon. LES will be hosting a guest author, Amanda Driscoll on March 22. She will be signing books at Reading Celebration on March 23. Students can purchase her book in advance through the order form sent home this week. Orders are due March 15.

We had a fire alarm at the very end of the day due to an equipment malfunction. All students exited the building safely, but many left their backpacks and belongings in the building. Buses were loaded before students were allowed to return inside. Unless it is an emergency, belongings will be here for students tomorrow. If you have questions, please contact the school.
Parent Drop-Off Reminder:
Students must be dropped off in the car line where staff are present to assist students out of the car. Please do NOT park in the parking lot and allow your child to walk by themselves. This is a huge safety concern.
Also, please remain in the car line until it is your turn to exit. Please do not pass other cars in line, as children may be exiting vehicles on the passenger side.

Lebanon Elementary presents a Chinese/Lunar New Year Showcase. Students have been studying the cultural background and significance of Chinese New Year, which began January 22nd. Students will be performing traditional dances, showcase artwork, and provide crafts for attending families. Pizza will also be provided!
