Message from PTSO: Candy bar sales have blown us away, kinda like this wind today! If you still have leftover candy bars, ESPECIALLY unopened boxes, and will not be able to sell them, please return them to school with any money collected and we will try to sell them. We have to pay for every opened box no matter what. Thank you all SO MUCH for being the rockstar parents you are!

Car Lane Drop-Off Reminders: Please make sure students are ready to get out of car with backpack on when you pull up to awning. School staff will assist your child into the building if needed. If you need to walk your child to the door for any reason, please park in the parking lot. Thank you for helping our morning drop off go quickly and smoothly!

Our LES PTSO has started their fundraiser today. Worlds Finest Chocolate candy bars. Students should have brought their letters and permission slips home today. If you are wanting to help support our PTSO raise funds for our students, teachers and scholarships please sign the permission form and return it to school so your child can receive their first box of chocolates to sell. Thank you for your support!!

Flu shots will be given at LES tomorrow, September 28th. If you have fully completed AND signed the flu shot consent for your child, they will be given the flu shot. If your child has a signed consent on file, but you DO NOT want your child to receive the flu vaccine, please call the school nurse before 9 AM tomorrow. Questions? Good Morning, Many students do not have a health form on file. Forms are being sent home today to those who have not filled one out yet. These are very important for the school to have so that we are aware of food allergies, health issues, and for the nurse to be able to see your child if they are sick. If a form is in your child's backpack/folder today, please fill it out and return to school as soon as possible. Thank you!

Please read important Covid information below: If you see a health care provider, and test positive for COVID, the student should submit a Dr. statement for the days quarantined and those absences will be excused. The school is not prescribing a set number of quarantine days. If you take a home test, and test positive for COVID, guardians may write parents notes (limit of 5 parent notes per school year) for absent days OR see a health care provider to get a Dr. statement for excused days. If families would like to be tested by Healthy Kids, they can call to make an appointment.
